Situated in a white-painted Regency building, the Kensington Manor Hotel is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac 500 metres from the Natural History and Victoria & Albert museums and one kilometre from Harrods. The hotel's 14 guestrooms have dark wood modern furniture, pale walls and dark carpets. Most are ensuite, and all have television, tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries.

The airport is also on the Underground's Piccadilly Line; trains run to South Kensington station from here, which is 800 meters from the hotel. London's black taxi cabs also service Heathrow Airport and cost around ú35 to the hotel. Bus services include the Airbus Heathrow shuttle to London Victoria or King's Cross railway stations.
